Returns and Cancellations
Allocation Cancellations
Collection allocations may be cancelled within 14 days of allocation confirmation, provided the collection has not yet been shipped. To cancel an allocation, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page.
Returns
Due to the limited nature of our collections, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt and must include all original packaging and documentation.
Registry Status
If a collection item is returned, its registry status will be updated accordingly. Serial numbers remain in the registry for archival purposes, but their status will reflect the return.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
